Need help on brake problem!
Hi guys, I got a problem with my brakes... I got an 96 Integra, RS, no ABS. The front left wheel/rotor/caliper gets very hot, I mean, I can easily cook an egg on it. I'm pretty sure that the caliper hold tension on the pads/rotor and the car brakes by itself (no need to push the brake pedal to hold the car on a very slight hill.
The others wheels are Ok.
I checked the caliper pins (I'm greasing them once a year, the rotors & pads are 3 months old) and when I tried to push the caliper piston back in, it went without any problem. Some friend told me the bleed the brakes, they thought that maybe some dirt was restricting brake fluid flow. It didn't help..
Anybody had the same problem or any ideas? I first thought changing the front caliper but my friend again told me that if the piston goes back in the caliper and the pins are working properly it won't solve my problem.
Any help would be very appreciated!
