That's the thing, I've been excersizing and trying to watch what I eat but it's hard. I know when I first started like 8 months ago I weighed in at 220 pounds, now I weigh in at 195 pounds. So I have made some progress but not a lot. Sometimes I starved myself and wouldn't eat 2 days at a time, I know it's not healthy but sometimes it worked. Now I'm like at a point where I can't loose any weight at all. It sucks.
