the d15b is close enough to a d16y8

d15b is a 3-stage vtec engine (from my understanding, anyways), and it came on JDM civics, more notably the 99-00 ferio Vi-RS.

it rates around 130 hp, maybe 135 hp.

they're selling it as just the engine, no tranny. It will pretty much bolt right in. but it should come with the head, block, intake mani, exaust mani, distributer cap, etc. It might not include an airbox, but thats not a major deal

even if it doesn't include some of that stuff, you can use d16y8 parts with it, and in some cases, d16z6.
