You can tune it some by adjusting the cam timing and the fuel pressure; however, you are definitely going to get more and better tuning done with a good computer like a Hondata.

I have a very inexpensive Hondata on my ITR, and I can't be more pleased. We also have a Hondata on the H1 car, and it handles whatever changes we make, with aplomb.

I'm sorry, I can recommend an awesome tuner up here in Virginia, but I don't know anybody down there. You might want to go to the Hondata site and see whom they list in your area as an authorised tuner.
