Have you checked your fluid level (it's the master cylinder beside the brake master)?
Have you checked your bleeder valve on the slave cylinder (located on the front of the motor - just to the right of the rubber boot sticking out of the tranny)?
These two things will perhaps resolve your issue. The rubber boot that covers the slave cylinder piston and release fork can be removed to make sure the piston is still setting in the fork pivot too. After this - it's time for a mechanic unless you really want to spend some time...
