like what has said already..... if you want to go with a B series and stay automatic, we recommend you go with a B18B (94-01 Integra LS) automatic. The engine will bolt right in and you'll have no problems with wiring the automatic tranny if you get all the parts.
If you want to go with the B20, B18C, or B16A, you will have trouble wiring up an automatic tranny. You may also run into ECU problems. The B20 will require you to do a lot of searching for all the parts to work. You'll need to piece everything together. The B16A and B18C will require that you use a manual transmission. You can find a very RARE automatic B16A/B18C but it isnt worth it if you are going automatic.
The D16Z will bump your horsepower to about 126 HP to the crank. This will bolt right in and they do come in automatics.
The B18B will bump your horsepower to about 140 HP to the crank. This will also bolt right in and also come in automatic.
