Put your stocker back in and drive it to the shop? what the hell did you scrape? I have a fluidyne in my '98 EX and it was in my '92 CX/B18C1 hatch and I never scraped it. I'd think the bottom of the rad support and the front tow hooks would bottom out long before the radiator would be touched? The fluidyne has a weird draincock (he he, I need to grow up) as opposed to most OE units, make sure it's tight and your radiator hoses are too unless you can physically see a hole in the radiator.
