I guess you could do in in the vehicle, but it'd be a royal pain in the ass. I'd just pull it. What motor is it anyway? f22? h23? if either of these, i'd just do a swap & not even deal w/ the rings. If it's an H22, i'd do more work to the motor than just a ring replacement. How many miles are on it?
