think of it this way... we're going to ban sporty cars. Any car with a convertable top, a power/weight ratio of XXX or better and that has a wheelbase length shorter than XX.
we're doing this because too many people are racing, So no spoiler for you, no rim/tire combo's with smaller than 50 series tires. You can't fix up a civic either, because of this new RCB (race car bad) you can't have many cosmetic features that a race car has. And while you may be a legal and safe driver - we don't trust you. so we're going to ban your miata, the civic, accords, sentras, etc... because so many people who have those cars race them and cause danger.
yeah, those benefits that you listed were ones i didnt instantly think of but now reading them, i agree.
edit: except the one about people gettin killed on my block and defending myself.... but the bonding one, definitely.... paper targets, yup.
and before everybody freaks out about the comparison, i have to say i back that up.... it is not that far from the same thing.
