Do not do that, you are going to ruin your engine. It's causing the ecu to think that cold air is going into the engine by changing the resistance valve that the ecu wants to look at. This will tell the ecu to dump more fuel. It's a waste of money and I highly do not recommend it. One your Ecu will try to fix the extra fuel by leaning it out. Two, if the resistance value is beyond the ecu capabilities to adjust the fuel trim, long term driving in rich conditions will ruin your CAT and also ruin you O2(s) and resulting in failing Smog checks. The money would have been well spent on something else.
