Hmm...tough choice cause I was in the same boat as you are lastmonth and I had a person wanted to trade his 2001 Yellow S2K with the same mileage as my car and some cash. I came into a conclusion that my ITR would have a better value bc they don't make them anymore unless you go buy the RSX-R. 2001 is the last year they made it for the 3rd gen.

He's giving 3K dayam...you can pretty much make that car an 12 second daily driven and still look good. Well before you make your decision...have to check the other car out thoroughly. Maintenance records,how was it driven, the condition of the car,meaning the looks. Also you gotta test drive something before you buy right. Hope that helps.
