There are no vacuum lines connecting to the AICV. Both of the lines on it are for coolant. They should circulate coolant between the throttle body and the water pipe on the back of the motor. If there's air in those lines, the AICV won't work right. The car has to be FULL of coolant.

I highly suggest you check a HELMs manual for the vacuum and coolant routes. You don't want to go pupming coolant into your vacuum system.
