If you just want to take off the interior panel, it's pretty ez. It should be just like my 96 coupe.

1- take off the phillips head screw holding on the power window/ door pull. Don't forget to unclip the harness thereafter.
2- take off the phillips head screw holding on the door latch/ lock.
3- remove tweeter. No need for tools. Just slowly wiggle it out carefully.
4- remove woofer speaker cover. No tools, just wiggle it out.
5- remove woofer speaker. It has 3 phillips screws.
6- remove 3 more phillips head screws surrounding where the speaker used to be.
7- using a flat head and a shop towel covering it, slowly wiggle it between the panel and metal. There are 4-5 plastic clips that will just pop out. That should do it. Once you start on it, it is pretty self explainatory.
