I have a 94 civic ex and it reads "vtec" not "vtech"[:fawk:], the valve cover will fit your 6th gen civic and the best place to find one is by searching local junk yards or internet junk yards. Im sure if you find a used one all it will need is a little wire brushing/sanding, but will save you some money from buying a new one.
