They just went out... Burned out, that is... the bulb lens itself is smoky, so i can't really get a look at the filament. Either way, no cracks or explosions (yet, knock on wood..). As for the configuration of bulbs, I have the H3 on low-beam and the H1 on hi-beam. That's the setup it came shipped with, and it made the most sense to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the middle light on each piece is the low-beam. It had the frosty-dome, whereas the hi-beam has the reflector behind it.??

I suppose it could be a water problem, although I thought I had them taped up pretty decent. I'll have to go down and check that out, just dropped some new H3s in today.

Lastly, has anyone read reviews / actually seen or used the new infrared H3 bulbs out. They're supposed to reflect the IR light inside the bulb back onto the filament, superheating it, creating a 33% intensity increase, and 50% less heat because it doesn't need as much power due to the reflected IR. Anyone with comments re: those, please feel free to post or PM me. Thanks.
