There is no such thing as a best anything when it comes to cars.

On top of that a turbo capable of giving you the "most power" on a dyno, will usually be too much for your engine to handle.

t3/t4's work pretty well for most setups, depending on what you're after specifically, you may want something smaller, or larger.
