When you remove the A/C, your fan will no longer work. The wiring is integrated together. What is happening is that your fan is not gettin a ground signal any more. You will have to rewire the fan up to a switch. I have removed the A/C on several CRX's and this happens every time. If you dont believe me take your ac off and try it. Several peole are saying that it isnt true, but it is, you can buy a relay and wire that up, the quick fix is a toggle and wire it to a 12v switch, so when yu turn off you ingnition you cant forget that your fan is running, As far as battery drain at high speeds....hmmmm.. havenbt heard that one before.
