Only 1 real difference between '02-'03 and '04 is the '04 has a 5x114.3 pattern and '02-'03 is 4x100. Also '04 has UGLY projector headlights. So, if you want aftermarket JDM wheels, you have a better selection with the 5x114.3 bolt pattern.
