Go with the ITR header. The gains are higher than a DC sports or equivalent. It also looks pretty badass for a stock part. They will run you a little more than the DC sports ceramic but they are full stainless steel and with your future setup, a gain of 6 hp isn't out of the question.
No, 12:1 CR would require racing fuel because pump gas would just detonate.
