It could be your main relay that delivers fuel and spark. It is consisted of 2 relays, one for fuel and one for spark.
One for spark? Hmmm. I always thought they were both for fuel -- one was for START and one was for RUN.

Never heard of a main relay causing a no-spark problem. Is there spark at the coil? If yes, check distributor cap, rotor, wires, etc. If no, check coil, igniter, etc.
