umm... dosen't honda replace seat bealts for free... i know i was having seat belt trouble and my local dealer said honda covered seat belts under warrenty for the life of the car, and as long as the seat belt isn't cut i.e (man made cuts) its completly free

and i just got that done like 4 months ago cause mine where crapping out
