How does it idle otherwise? Cold idle okay when you first start it up?

If this is your ONLY symptom (and this is gonna sound crazy), have your alternator checked by someone who knows Honda charging systems. If the alternator "FR" signal isn't working, the ECU will (1) turn off the alternator and (2) make faulty assumptions in setting the idle speed. The classic symptom of a bad FR signal is .. car stalls at stoplights.
