it is actually quite possible, at around 10k too, i mean it is expensive, but not overly expensive to do, it's about 2.5 years worth of budgeting pay to do, but if you really want to mod the car, then yea, it is completely fesible.

all you really have to do is push boost into the h22 to get it to about 300 to do that, maybe a little north of it. you can do this even with high compression pistons if they are tuned correctly (tho i probly would stick with 9:1) and it is completely ideal.

and i also suggest getting a qtec cutoff for your turbo guys, saves alot of backpressure problems on the track, it basically is a nice easy pushbutton way to remove the cat from your system... note that the open mode is meant only for the racetrack

h22a swap with highpower axels installed and upgraded internals.. i'd say about $6,500usd
3500 for the turbo install, and if you really want to get tricky you can upgrade the ecu to an aem ems for $1500

that comes out to $11,500 for mods, and you have to notice that they mods can be done over a long period of time, diluting the price to like 4000 the first year and an extra 2000 evey year aftter that for 3 years... things take time....

talk to the owners of the shops you goto too, see if they can give you any deals for giving them more street cred
