the power FC is a full standalone, that elimiantes the factory ecu?
I would consider dropping in some 240cc injectors (with the stock ecu), and driving it easy for I think ~50 miles. The emissions center will not run the test on a car if the ecu has been reset very recently.
Stock ecu should run your car, just take it easy.
