If you can do it yourself cant you get the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner for about 200 bucks (Genuine Honda). It is not a bad idea to do it early.

And its only 200 bucks and if your timing belt breaks most likely you will have to spend lots more than 200 bucks repairing the motor.
