Haltech computers do virtually anything you want them to. Besides the basic complete fuel and timing map functions, they can control water injection and a pile of RPM based shit from a few multi-use ports in them.
The nice thing is you can configure them to use a wide variety of sensors, like the good 'ole GM 3 bar MAP and the like. This means more to guys like me though, who can ditch stock AFM's for standard MAP sensors and use better TPS's.
yeah I can definetly see how cool it would be to get your hands one one.
If I was going to do some horribly radical swap, like a K series, I would actually think about investing into it.
From the sounds of it you can have it control vtec engagement too , since its just a signal wire to solenoid, and it can control RPM engaged stuff.
Would be cool to have an RPM actuated Co2 or nitrous intercooler bar.
