Default Help a newb with bass

I've got a 94 Acura Integra GSR. In the front I have two Polk Audio 6 1/2" and in the rear I have a pair of Sony XPlod 6 1/2". My head unit is a JVC KD-SX780 (200W). Right now the system sounds good, but lacks BASS. My local GoodGuys is offering the following Sony XPlod bass package: 1100 watt mono car amp (XM D500X), 2 10" Sony XPlod subwoofers (XS-L1000B), and an enclosure (DHF?) for $199. Sounds like a good deal to me, but like I said I am a newb. I do not need show quality "megabass" or anything, I just want some good punch for my dancehall reggae, hip-hop, and whatnot. I guess what I am asking for is any opinion. Is this a bunch of crap even at $200? Will I run into problems when I go to get it installed? Do you think it is a good idea, but just make sure that I....? Any opinions on where to mount the amp etc. I really appreciate any help or advice or opinion that you may have. Thanks in advance.
