They Suspended My Out State Licence Twice Neither Of Which Were For Moving Voilations.(j Walking And No Insurance Even Though I Did Have It.)no insurance comes w/ an automatic $500 fine, so to avoid paying that and getting back my "privilage to drive in va" i had to provide proof for that period of time and pay a reinstatement fee (for my out of state license).
