Damn now I really feel embarassed. 160 pounds. I'm sure I can lift more but I don't have the right equipment, I don't have a gym membership or anything, I just have some weights that I have at home that add up to 100 pounds. I also have some sort of protein powder at home that may work, it's from GNC and it's Pro Performance and it's 100% Whey Protein whatever that means. Anybody ever try this stuff? It tastes ok, I just haven't been using it.
