Totally true and works wonders when using a high flow test pipe. It prevents you from having to reset the ecu everytime you add a mod, it also prevents cels. It works, all you really do is cut the ecu memory wire and run a switch to it and flip it off. This prevents the ecu from remembering what it's trying to retain. Takes about 2 minutes once you get to the ecu!
