I am painting these oem rims black because when my bro had this car..they started rusting. I know there already black but they faded out into a ugly black and i want a dark black. I know ill have to sand off the rust..and then just duplicor engine black paint? do i need to use black primer after? help me out and tell me if im doing this right.
