Today in my US History class, my teacher asked me this in front of the class:

Him: Dom, have you been watching the news? (he asks this every week)
Me: No.
Him: Nothing about the Republican National Convention?
Me: Nope.
Him: Why not?
Me: It doesn't interest me.
Him: You should watch the news.
Me: I'd rather not.
