The price is OK. B16's overseas are really quite plentiful compared to their USDM availability, and it's not an unusual price.
However, I really must mirror the opinion of my colleagues when they suggest another motor. The torque curve of the B16 does not really lend itself well to an automatic gearbox, at least not the way that US drivers would tend to want to drive and would tend to want the motor/gearbox combination to feel.
