a 2001 Acura Integra GSR or a 2003 Acura CL Type-S?

Both are in excellent condition. The GSR has about 12,000 more miles on it.

GSR Benefits:
better gas mileage
is 5-speed manual
I own it outright

CL Benefits:
90 more hp
classier vehicle
less stolen
roomier
many more options
less miles on it
2 years newer
insurance should cost less than GSR
better build quality
side air bags


Bad things about making the switch would be I would have to shell out a few thousand to make up the difference. Also it is an auto instead of manual. Other than that I can't think of any other reason why not to sell my GSR and buy my dad's CL :dunno:
