Other hybrids to earn the title are non-VTEC D-series engines with Z6 or Y8 heads (since renamed "mini-me") and H23/ H22A head engines which have yet to earn their own nickname.
basicly a frankenstein is any honda motor with a diffrent head on the block... i couldnt say how much power you would make.. that would depend on tuning.. id suggest that when you're done with the frankenstein swap, get your typical bolt ons.. intake, exhaust etc.. then go afc or sumthin for tunning.. but it sounds like you're going b18b1 (ls) and putting a vtec head on it.. now if you were gonna go all motor, you could use a gsr head or a type-r head and it would be even better for higher compression applications...
