Reallay? Buff State is in the nice section of town--actually, it's on Elmwood, and elmwood has a lot of small shops, small weird art places, coffee places (ohhh coffee & mmm), and then there's other uhm, places. Chippewa has a lot of clubs--but that's far down. I heart boofla.
