Noticeable differences: There are like over 10 different ways to play ie: CTF, Slayer, King of the Hill.... and there are buttload of maps. I think there are ways to customize what weapons are available and etc...

Yea, you have quite a few maps and tons of ways to play. The demo version that we play offers everything available pretty much. Usually when I play Blood Gulch we only have Warthogs, pistols, sniper rifles and shotguns
