If I take out the 6-CD changer block and put in a Panasonic LCD Fold-In TV along with a DVD deck (seperate units, not the all in one, I don't like that one) will the controls on my steering wheel still work?

I just want some colourful graphics in my centre console. After seeing the 7-G Accord I need something FLASHY to boost my car.
