ive been drag racing for awhile, never heard of scatter shield. what exactly is it? most everything is based on times, if you dont runs the time they cant say shit. that sorta why you see people leting off half way down the track, and running like 11.0 at 85 becuase they basically shut it down becuase of there lack of safefty equipment. that or there sand bagging so poeple dont know there times.
