Study up on spring rates.

I went with Neuspeed sport springs which have a progressive spring rate. It's a nice comfortable stock like ride.

Progressive spring rates are geared toward comfort. Linear rates are stiffer and ideal for a track suspension setup. Don't just buy a setup, research a little. Also you get what you pay for.

Also I'm a fan of urethane bushings myself. All my shock/shifter bushings are urethane, feels real nice IMO.
