I just need to get rid of this thing. I dont need the payments, and i need extra money right now. and i think that it's time to move on to something different, after 2+ years.
it's a good reliable car, mostly stock, taken good care of.
1997 Honda Accord
Special Edition 4 door with automatic transmission
in honor of gas prices...
my accord gets 28-31 MPG on REGULAR gas
it is metallic beige in color and has approximately 143,xxx miles. the car has been taken care of, and it runs very well. the timing belt/water pump/all other belts were replaced at 115,000 miles, and wont need to be changed for quite some time longer--probably at like 250 or 300k.
I change the oil (quaker state 5w 30) every 3000 miles.
new tires
new brakes
The miles have accumulated so quickly because I commute to school every day, plus going to work, and it all adds up.
But, Now i have graduated, so I dont need it for the commuting any longer.
This accord is a good car.
the ONLY problems are as follows:
-the windows are a little slow, but that's not unique among most hondas
-the interior driverside door handle plastic piece thing has a crack in it....easily fixed with a piece from a junkyard or whatever. i might fix that before selling
-the passenger side A arm panel piece is loose. i'll definately fix that. easy.
that is IT. nothing else is wrong with it.
I'm asking $5500, but im open to any offers. just let me know. tell anybody you know who might be interested in it, as well.
