I'm very sorry that I cannot give you a simple answer. There's a radical difference in the high lobes between B and C, and it depends entirely on what else is on the car and how the car is tuned.
If this is going into a street car, then C should be out of question.

Some people I know have even installed B's and taken them out as unsuitable for a daily driver.
You've been around for a while, so I'm sure you know that the OEM ITR cams are easily good for over 190 Dynojet HP, and probably right up against 200 HP.
Are you thinking about an H1 car?
