How much you willing to spend for the suspension? You could go for the tried and true..Ground Control Coilover Sleeves (300F, 400R - Any setup you want, just tell GC) and Koni Sport Yellows All Around(The Neuspeed ones are great because they are specifically designed for lowered applications). For my CRX, it costed me $800. I'm sure you can look around and get it cheaper. Another option is getting some True Coilovers (Buddy Club, Tein w/ the EDFC features are nice..I think they have the Tein SS-P's out...those are the Super Streets but you have the option to add the EDFC).
