My friend says his 01 Celica GTS w/ CAI has beaten a "modded Integra LS 5 spd."

How would it end up if:

01 Celica GTS w/ CAI vs 94 Teggy LS w/ New Clutch, Comptech Headers, & Ebay Intake

He says he would take it, and I honestly don't know.

(Thats what I plan to do to my teggy when/if I get it)
