I know this may be too late. But, check your fluids. Maybe do an oil change. Just do a general health check of your car, make sure your charge pipes are on solid. Bring spare items, if you need to swap them out, just to be safe.
Now for the real advice:
Make sure your car isnt' too too low, you can scrape or pull off stuff getting on/off the dyno.
Make sure you have tow hooks, so the dyno operator can strap you down. They can use the LCAs, but tow hooks are preferable, if you have them. Run whatever octane you run on the street. Higher octane fuel will affect your tune.
