No. The original "Frankenstein" is a B18A/B with a PR3 or P72 head.
Other hybrids to earn the title are non-VTEC D-series engines with Z6 or Y8 heads (since renamed "mini-me") and H23/ H22A head engines which have yet to earn their own nickname.
