Yeah it's done man. There is no crank or anything that can manually move it up on my 4th gen., so my answer is no. New, this part will run you around $165(without core fee), but my suggestion is just go to a junkyard and pull on out of the right gen. that has the right window rolled down. (just did that today with my buddy for his car). www.junkyards.com is a good place to go for a used one if you don't mind a longer turn around while ut us being shipped, and www.hondaautomotiveparts.com is a good place for it new.
