Screw them. They're trying to charge you money for something that takes 2 mins to look up on a computer. I called my service manager, told him what happened, told him the serial # on the head unit (naturally I couldnt tell him my VIN) and he called back 2 mins later with the code. Remember to write it down and keep it in your glove box It feels good to punch that little code in then hear it beep.
