Yep.!!!! ITs funny cause I frequently see cars driving around here with no mufflers what so ever.
Most of these cars I see are rice'd out civics in corona and when they floor that shit its more annoying than anything else.
They dont get stopped.
But I get pulled over for spitting out the window in the rain. ( Stupid Rookie cops )
