first of all
the USDM h22a1 is one of the rarest blocks around.
it only came in 93-96 VTEC preludes, of which somewhere around 1300 a year were made.

there are TONS of jdm h22a's and h22a4 5th gen motors around.

the engine code as cwood mentioned above, is followed by a number (1 or 4) to designate USDM. the JDM motor (as with all JDM motors) does not have a number following the "h22a".

also
h22a1 = closed deck
h22a (pre 98') = closed deck
h22a4 = open deck
